First off, the 3CCFE575CT is not supported by pcmcia 3.0.14; that's why it isn't in the config file. The current driver release is 3.1.6. However, I've had lots of reports of problems specifically with the Dell label 3CCFE575CT in Dell laptops. For the New Media card, the config file is correct, and the supported cards file will tell you that the sym53c500_cs driver is distributed separately: you can get it from the /pcmcia/contrib directory on sourceforge.org. -- Dave
