I think you'll need to post your actual system log messages. What distribution are you using? You generally should not be editing rc.S to start up PCMCIA. The "network stop eth0" command will only be executed if the PCMCIA subsystem thinks the card has been ejected. As for the DHCP message, that can be ignored. The script is trying to determine what version of dhcpcd you have, and it does not actually matter if yours supports the -V switch or not. -- Dave |
