Just try the poll_interval thing first. I'm not really sure what to suggest regarding debugging the IDE driver; that's out of my area of expertise. Once the card is configured, the kernel IDE driver is "on its own" until an eject event is processed; the PCMCIA modules are not active during normal card operation. -- Dave |
