Intel PRO/100 LAN+Modem56 CardBus II

I recently purchased an Intel PRO/100 LAN+Modem56 CardBus II adapter. I thought this was an OEM modem of the Xircom RealPort card, but it turns out it isn't. I've tried adding a clone of the RealPort card to /etc/pcmcia/config, but I get the message from tulip_cb that the EEPROM is missing. The 21143 version is identified, but the bus doesn't work. The serial driver doesn't load either, reporting a missing Tuple. The odd thing is I checked the E100bnt.sys file from Win98 and the chipset is identified as an 82557.

Is anyone working on this card? I know the Tulip chipset is supported by the PCMCIA package, but as far as I can tell the 82557 isn't.
