I don't have one of this exact model, but I have some ethernet-only cards with the same ethernet chipset revision that had a somewhat similar problem. In my case, the problem is fixed in the latest beta drivers, on projects.sourceforge.net in /pub/pcmcia-cs/NEW. If those don't help, I'd want to see your system log messages. You may get "transmit timed out" messages 5-15 seconds after the network seems to lock up; I'd want to see exactly what those look like. -- Dave
