Question Jack of Spades/Toshiba sat pro 4300

I'm having trouble with an OSItech Jack of Spades combo card. Here's what I get from /var/log/messages:

Intel CPCI probe:
  Toshiba ToPIC100 rev 20 PCI-to-CardBus at slot 00:0b, mem 0x68000000

kernel 2.2.17, pcmcia version 3.1.19. I tried adding pci_csc=1 poll_interval=100 to the PCIC_OPTS setting as suggested in the HOWTO, but to no avail.

A tulip based card (Xircom) works fine in the machine as configured. A 3Com card (3CXFE656B) that I tried got the same results as the Jack of Spades.

The machine is a Toshiba Satellite Pro 4300.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Aaron
