Based on the output, I'd say that you are out of luck unless you can find out from the vendor what chipset this card uses. Is the hw address reported by the tulip driver correct? Maybe it is just a new / unsupported tulip variant. I am not familiar enough with that driver to have any specific suggestions for what modifications might be needed to make the driver work with this card. -- Dave
