Is it just that the LED is bothering you, or does the card actually misbehave? Based on the mii-diag output, it sounds to me like you successfully autonegotiated a 100baseTx-FD connection. So I would ignore the LED; maybe the meaning of the LED is a configurable setting and the linux driver doesn't know how to set it up. You can use mii-diag to force the MII to a specific speed and duplex setting, with the "-F" option. -- Dave |
