Hello, Bill, Another PCMCIA-SCSI newsgroup user (Alberto Gonzalez Palomo) and I also have the Panasonic KXL-RW10A SCSI cd-rw drive, but we are having limited success with it under Linux (see our posts to this newsgroup). Both of us have laptops with a TI 1220 pc-card controller chipset. I am curious, which controller does your notebook have? Thanks for the info, Karl Oberjohn
