hi, I could manage to get 2 high beeps during bootstrap - but unfortunelly, it doesnt help much in getting on ethernet: I can't ping local hosts. Everything seems to be OK - pcmcia modules and network parameters. I can see there is a problem with routing - 'netstat -r ' takes a _very_ long time to get finished, and in the end, gateway is properly configured, but routing doesn't work. What I can do to find out where problem is - if I can! I run Linux Red Hat 6.1 and the latest pcmcia-cs-3.1.11. Somehow, network is beeing configured before pcmcia has started - could it be reason to my problem? cheers Longina |
