The 01-Jun-00 beta should build against 2.4.0test1.

Right.  The messages look ok.

You do not have a Xircom CardBus card; the xircom_tulip_cb driver only
handles Xircom cards.  You want to load the plain tulip driver, and
don't need cb_enabler.
