Date: 2000, Aug 26
From: Marcio Gomes Marcio

0) If i remove one card (PCMCIA ) the other works fine. all tests are under : Kernel 2.2.16, wireless tools X.20 and pcmcia package x.19

Test 01 :

With 1 X PCI->PCMCIA and 1X ISA->PCMCIA driver wavelan2_cs 6.02

I reproduce the list item 11.2 :

 May 18 03:28:49 xd kernel: eth3: WaveLAN/IEEE, HCF failure: "Error code 131"
 May 18 03:28:49 xd cardmgr[7886]: get dev info on socket q failed: No such device

Test 02 :

2Xpci->PCMCIA

02.2 ) wlan_cs Driver.

Reproduce list item 11.0

 wvlan0  IEEE 802.11-DS ESSID="test" Nickname:"dev-1"
         Frequency:2.422GHz Sensitivity:1/3 Mode:Ad-Hoc
         ....
         ......

 wvlan1  IEEE 802.11-DS ESSID=""
         Frequency:52Mhz Sensitivity:0/3 Mode:Ad-Hoc
         Access Point: FF:BF:01:00:01:01
         Bit Rate=0kb/s RTS thr=0 B Fragment thr=0 B

the 02.2 test is only to compile all informations here, i know, wlan_cs do not support multiples wavelan.

Any idea ?

Thanks,

Marcio Gomes
