If I run iwconfig after boot process, it works with first
up card and not works with last up card:

iwconfig ethLASTUP rate XX  ->  Kernel panic
iwconfig ethLASTUP freq XX -> SIOCSIWFREQ: Invalid Argument
iwconfig ethLASTUP sens  XX -> Do not change sensitivity
