Angry: No Lucent(Grrr) PCI Adapter found

I have tested the Lucent PCI - PCMCIA Bridge on 5 PCs, but it runs only on the newer one, on all other the card can't be find in the /proc/pci or at boot time of the PC (BIOS). BIOS updates dosn't help to, it seems do be only recognize by newer Mainboards. The PCI Card is the Standart Lucent Adapter (based on TI1225).
