Netwave AirSurfer Plus and DELL Inspiron 7500

I switched from a Toshiba Tecra 730 to a DELL Inspiron 7500. Using my old Netwave AirSurfer Plus card and the 3.1.6 pcmcia package I had no problems on the Toshiba, however, on the Dell I get a kernel trap in cardmgr when loading the asplus_cs module. Xircom Ethernet and Madge Tokenring works fine and the card shows no problem on Windows 98. Any ideas? Thank you for your time. Ronny
