Hi,
My config is:
Linux kernel 2.0.36
ISA-to-PCMCIA card: Vadem VD 469
Network card: Lucent WaveLan IEEE Turbo silver
PCMCIA driver: 3.1.15 (from Andreas Neuhaus}
Symptoms:
Cardservices finds sokets in ISA card. OK
Cardservices locates WaveLan card in soket 1. OK
There is no irq, i/o or memory failures. OK
Device driver register WaveLan wvlan0 interface. OK
Cardmgr trying to start network. OK
And now!
Cardmanager did not recognize interface "wvlan0" !!!
Here is the dmesg story:

Note:
The network card works with old driver (wavelan_cs2.o) fine,
because it fires up "eth1" instead "wvlan0".
Is there anybody with some suggestions, how to say to linux
that wvlan0 is a valid interface?
thanx,
