None Some things to try

The drivers are scanning the 0xc0000-0xfffff memory region for a
window that is usable for PCMCIA. If you know about your memory
layout, you can try cutting this window down to something that you are
more sure should be free. It is defined in /etc/pcmcia/config.opts.

If your BIOS settings have any options for changing the clock speed of
the ISA bus, you could try fiddling with those.

You can also try using:

    PCMCIA_CORE_OPTS="cis_speed=500"

to add some extra wait states.

There is only one other Vadem controller option in the i82365 module,
"cable_mode". You could try flipping that on, but I don't think that
will make a difference.
