Question New card: XE2000, doesn't work, what do I do?

/var/log/messages says it's an unrecognized card.

The thing identifies itself as "Xircim", "10/100 PC Network Card", "XE2000", "1.00".

Manufacturer ID 0x0105, 0x0108, function 6

xirc2ps_cs can be forcibly insmodded but this does nothing useful. I've tried to load tulip_cb but it complains that unregister_driver and register_driver are unresolved symbols. (It compiled the module, gave me the .o file, but it won't work. I dunno...)

This is all stock red hat 6.2, pcmcia 3.1.18 I think.

I'd like to get this card working rather than return it to the store, but I have only a vague idea about what I'm doing.

Help? Anybody?

Rob
