Try the 01-Sep-00 > beta on projects.sourceforge.net in /pub/pcmcia-cs/NEW. That worked well, thanks a lot! I now get consistent 100Mbps full duplex and the TX packet carrier errors are gone. As a bonus, the card comes up directly without need for an additional "ifconfig eth0 down up" or setting promiscous mode. Currently I think that it sometimes failes to come up, but I need to observe the situation a little longer.
