according to the datasheet for the controller http://www.xircom.com/sdk/x1601-3.zip the controller does not support full duplex at 100Mbit even if the PHY supports it. full duplex is only available for 10Mbit. you can find more information at http://www.xircom.com/cda/page/0,1298,1_20-475,00.html Cheers / Magnus
