Red Hat 6.0 is too old to expect this card to possibly work.

You should probably try a PCMCIA driver upgrade.  The odds are not in
your favor: this card is still "not recommended", and I also don't
recommend Toshiba laptops, because they are both so troublesome under
Linux.
