Replace the values in the static variable 't21142_csr14'
(its an array) with the following

static u16 t21142_csr14[] = { 0xCFFF, 0x0705, 0x0705, 0x0000, 0x4F3D, };

and recompile the driver.

Send an reply if this fixes your problem.
I must say that the fix only partly resolves my problem.
The 'ping' to hosts on the same lan-segment now works ok,
but the performance is still poor (32kb with a ftp-connection).
I dont have any clue whats still wrong. Maybe someone else
can help!

Cheers

Thomas
