All the same models: CE2, CE II, CE IIPS, CreditCard Ethernet II Performance Series. Not the same model as above: CEMII, CreditCard Ethernet + MOdem II The driver for the CE2 should not work with the CEM2 product. It has a different (older) ethernet chip (Xircom proprietary).
