The unfortunate problem with the Xircom tulip stuff is that Donald doesn't want to support these cards at all (which is not that unreasonable a position; given the number of problems reported with these cards, I'm not too happy about them either). And there really is no maintainer for these patches: a few people have contributed patches, but there seem to be several card variants floating around and no one has tried to characterize the differences between these revisions. There is not much I can do to help for problems that are in the tulip driver. I am not really familiar with the tulip chipsets... and do not have any of these Xircom cards... and before anyone offers to send me one, I probably wouldn't be too excited about getting more involved in this anyway. -- Dave
