Question: ISDN problems CEM

Hello, Today I updated from 3.1.8 to 3.1.10 after the upgrade all was oke except my ISDN speed there is no 64K anymore but just about 14.4 its realy slow even after updating the wvdial to 1.41 it still is the same. Only option I had was going back to 3.1.8 that works oke and gives me the full 64K. Any ideas about this or how to fix it. I am running a NEC Versa LX with a Xircom CEM-56 card (10/100 ISDN and 56K analog) Linux 2.2.13 Slackware Regards J.P.....
