It is not a good idea to reverse the odrer of the startup scripts.
The original order was correct.  Believe it or not, it is not
necessary for the PCMCIA script to run before the network script.
If you think about it, hot insertion of a PCMCIA network card could
not possibly work, if the card needed to be initialized before the
network script runs.
