RBE100, and insmod error

during startup eth0 initialization fails. Whenever i insert the card, i get the high high seq, so i know it recognizes the card. but when checking the log, i'm getting an error, somehting like: insmod: /lib/modules/......../tulip.o: init_module: device or resource busy. thanks.
