Some obvious questions:

You say you get "an error" when you transmit packets. What does that
mean? Is the error in your system log? Are there any other messages
from the driver in your system log?

I don't understand how the packet count can rise, but also "all
packets read are dropped".

> Also using xirc2ps_cs give no change

That's not possible (that there could be no change): you can't use
xirc2ps_cs with a CardBus card. You would get low beeps, error
messages in your system log, etc.

First, sorry for the bad style of my previous posting,
  that was written in hurry.

The firmware revision of the pcmcia is now 2.66, but nothing change.

I mean that, using ifconfig, I see the packet count of dropped packet
  rising.

Attached, the messages from ifconfig, the output from lsmod,
and the boot messages about the pcmcia&network

I mean that in this situation nothing changed (I know that there
  are two pccard driver).
