We are using the 2.2.14 Kernel and the Ethernet works fine after a warm reboot, but not on a cold boot. I did not install a new version of PCMCIA. I have tried changing the order of services in rc.d and no combination works successfully on a cold start up. Normally on a laptop startup I will get an error when network starts before PCMCIA services, but the network starts up fine eventually once the PCMCIA starts. I have another Ositech Jack O' Spades CardBus card that works fine once I change the services start order in the appropriate rc.d directory. Should I update PCMCIA? Is there a specific driver available for this card? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |
