Question: Force full duplex on xirc2ps ?

I cannot find any documentation on how to force the Xircom CEM33 (xirc2ps) into full duplex mode.

Apparently I must have full duplex enabled in order to get through my 10/100 hub - at least that's my experience with that card being driven by Xircom's own drivers under Win95 and NT4.
