You should add something like the following to the /etc/pcmcia/config.opts
file. Here it's assumed that isdn is compiled as a module, HiSax has
to be compiled as a module. You will need the latest HiSax from 
the cvs tree, alternatively from ftp.suse.com, or another cvs snapshot
mirror, for Kernel 2.0.32+. It should be relatively easy to patch older
HiSax drivers also, but you'll have to reconcile the .rej files by hand.
